Name Screening
Screens customers and counterparties against sanctions lists, PEP registers and adverse media sources.
How it works
A customer record arrives from the core banking system. DetectX® extracts the name fields and submits them to the configured list providers. Results are evaluated against the configured thresholds and filters, and matches above threshold become alerts in the queue.
Screening runs on demand for a single name, automatically whenever a customer record is created or updated, and in batch across an existing portfolio.
Screening results can be filtered by list type to reduce false positives, and a match reviewed and confirmed as a false positive can be whitelisted so it does not raise the same alert again.
