Raising an incident
Report the affected module, the environment, and whether alert generation or regulatory reporting is impacted. An incident that stops alerts being raised or a report being submitted is treated differently from one affecting a screen.
Include the alert or transaction references involved where you can. The audit trail retains the analyst, the date and the notes for every disposition, which is usually enough for us to reconstruct what happened without access to your data.
Portal access is provisioned per institution as part of onboarding, so there is no public sign-in here. If you have production access and cannot reach the portal, contact us and we will restore it.
